12:49 I felt this. It happened to me for the first with my bf and I felt I was getting mad. But thankfully I noticed it so I didn’t react. I was like instead of laughing help me. How do pronounce the word I’m trying to say? He then tells me and helps me pronounce it and once I get it I tell him see babe you should want to help me instead of make fun of me. I’m learning! Know the trigger and work on it.

I totally agree with you and feel the same way. I let my ego get in the way sometimes with my man and its not a good look. I need to learn to chill, think before I talk. I know I need therapy and definitely could use couples therapy if I want this relationship to work. Thank you for sharing this, and it was definitely a good episode ❤️

I agree with everything you talked about EXCEPT the portion about your ex cheating bc of his insecurities of you being famous/etc... I get it but then you are still blaming yourself as the reason, they have a choice and use that as an excuse. They cheated yes bc of their insecurities but also bc of their toxic masculinity and selfishness..Many people are insecure and don't cheat.

Chiquis, it wasn't your mom's ego it was the voices around her who were determined to turn her against you! Cough Cough Rosie Rivera... don't forget why she slapped you to act like she was more worthy of your moms loyalty... because honey, the way your mom defended you guys and protected and suddenly didn't want nothing to do with you... Rosie was definitely the instigator playing in your guys' faces. She wanted that spot and took from you at all cost!
