I am astonished to see that our Youth is much inclined towards watching daily vlogs and roasting videos rather than consuming valuable content like this one here. Now I know why we are way behind other Nations. We have become way too lazy. So our priorities define our future. Thanks alot @ahmadZubair Sir for providing such a great value. Please continue creating more such content.

Ehmad, I must say, not a single video on KZbin has this type of content that you presented in the last two episodes. Literally, everyone says to get a project and start earning, but they never explain how to, what to say, or how to negotiate. This is so great. One more question: We get paid a certain amount here, like 150k, 200k, or even 300k. I am always curious about what percentage that companies charge for clients. Let's say someone with 2 years of experience is working at 150k. How much is the company probably charging from the client in dollars?

Hey! Great work as always! I agree with Tahir bhai that the dangerous model should be discussed for awareness sakes only. Since alot of well-performing and publicly known software houses in Pakistan are operating on this model and generating huge revenues. A talk about this unethical and borderline immoral (you should listen to the justifications these guys give) practice should really pull the curtain back on our local industry. It'll let newcomers or striving entrants to rationalise what they can do if they want to operate ethically in the global market. To those who try and adopt the dangerous game, they should know sooner rather than later, it will catch upto them. If not in this world then perhaps the one after.

Thank you So much Ehmad & Tahir bhai for a detailed podcast. I have 2 questions: 1. I am experienced in Blockchain Development(Mainly Core Blockchain, but 20% I know MERN). I am going to start my company but I know only Blockchain. Blockers are: a. Not good clientele on Upwork or fiverr for Blockchain.(Mostly Scam) b. I cant Start on MERN as I need to use my profile but it will be a Dangerous Model. And myself I cannot lock MERN Projects. c. Learning MERN will take a lot of time and I have already all the resources aligned for my own company. What is the best suggestion for me in this scenario? 2. Is it a good idea to start an agency profile on Upwork even I have new agency? I dont think it would be a good idea as client will never approach me. I will be thankful if anyone could briefly reply to this comment. Thanks

Absolute goldmine! Thank you Ehmad! Keep producing such content. I have one question; these days I am observing that a job gets 150+ proposals within one hour, so in such intense competition you have to bid fast, given your point that you should spent 45-60 minutes on a proposal so if we take so much time in such fierce competition, we will be out of race very soon. What do you say about this scenario where only bidding fast can secure you in the top 10 positions?

The only topic left to discuss is “Where to find and Hire the right talent/Team Building“ who supports your growth. Should we hire remote team or in-office? Remote in pakistan has issues like light chali gye, internet nahi hy, dost ka accident hogya (exceptions++), sorry so gya tha, yeh ho gya woh ho gya etc. how do we tackle these? Experts opinions on this will really help those who struggle with this part. If already discussed on a podcast, please share link! Thanks, Good Work!

@malix5511 ай бұрын
dangerous model he shared in the last project , all in all it was something like where a person living in foriegn country is used as a employee and he works in different jobs and in pakistan there is a full scale company working on it. So the employer thinks that only 1 person is working but instead the person has whole company behind him working different number of jobs

Job posts in niches like MERN projects or web dev in general get 20+ proposals in a matter of minutes. So, I apply in the first 15 seconds of the job post with a pre written template proposal of 2 lines, to get the client's attention instead of getting lost in the 30 proposals. Is this a good technique?

@humairshoukat11 ай бұрын
Believe in Allah SWT Don't join a university. Just start learning to code at home. Learn technologies in a specific field i.e. web dev. Make a lot of good projects in it. Then start applying to all the small software houses. It's just a matter of an internship whenever you get that then you can secure a job after that in the same company and after 2-3 years of experience no one even talks about the degree then your experience will be enough to get you other good job offers as well. Just search on KZbin and google how you can do all these how you can learn. And start learning and practicing. If you fully practice and prepare you can secure an internship by the end of this year which can eventually lead you to a job as well.
