@18:42 - people can say no but in a more subtle way. use PM triple constraint method. The project management triangle (called also the triple constraint, iron triangle and project triangle) is a model of the constraints of project management. - The quality of work is constrained by the project's budget, deadlines and scope (features). - The project manager can trade between constraints. - Changes in one constraint necessitate changes in others to compensate or quality will suffer.

Mr. Ehmaed, please continue producing this series. It's a real goldmine compared to generic CEO podcasts. Please make at least 10 more videos with guests who are as genuine and honest as the current one. Thanks for your excellent question skills - they are so organized and on point. ~ Anas (Agency Owner)

Ha bhai tu bas bolde, woh aake sab set karke denge tujhe. Start with an MVP and see market demand. Take feedback from market where they see your product as a market fit, re-iterate versions with feedback loop multiple times. By the end of this development cycle qualitative and quantitative data will give you enough to guage value and move forward to pricing. Always remember, you Dont decide what you sell the market does

This is really good discussion. Another thing you can do to make things even good is optmize the process in such a way that you work at least 2 sprint ahead of the client. For example, while negotiation, tell the client we will start the work in one month time due to current work load, but internally start working on it right away, this way you can mitigate the risk and reduce the burden on the resources.
@ehmadzubair Жыл бұрын
Good point. This typically works at the start of well documented projects because you can never be sure about the customer’s whims :)

Hi Ehmad Bhai! After years as a Senior Frontend Developer, I dreamed for the freelance life on Upwork. My initial success was promising, earning great reviews and building my profile. However, due to some violations of platform policies ( I was unaware of that time ), my account was permanently banned. Now, I'm at a great confusion: should i start traditional job again or make another upwork profile by someone else name?. Seeking guidance please!
