Good morning Master Bao. Thank you for this video, it is my favorite version of 8 Pieces. In clench fist and glare fiercely it appears you keep your thumbs tucked in your fist. If that is so would you kindly explain the reasons for and benefits of that? Thanking you again, Gary T

Good question, Gary! The thumb is tucked in to activate the liver meridian on your palm. One of the benefits of the Clench Fist and Glare Fiercely step is to regulate the liver.

Yes. You can practice 8 brocades first followed by Tai Chi warm up exercise and then followed by your Tai Chi routine. Enjoy!!
