Hatten wir im Musikunterricht in der Schule gelernt, unter anderem. Unser Musiklehrer hieß Herr Kremser. Wir mussten für die Benotung auch alleine vorne stehen und vor der ganzen Klasse singen, was besonders für die Jungs peinlich war, wenn sie da vorne standen und mit Stimmbruchstimme und knallrotem Gesicht ein Lied singen mussten, während der Rest leise kicherte. It's awesome except for one thing: it was used by Nazi troops marching East through Poland and then Soviet Union when Hitler planned to put into action his devilish plans of expansion Eastwards to "increase the living space for Germans"! It meant killing or enslaving millions of people and bloody land grabs. Therefore, in the ears of WW2 descendants sounds terrifying and/or unpleasant to say the least.
