📋 INGREDIENTS:
• Cream:
• 400 ml milk (1 2/3 cups)
• 6 egg yolks
• 125 g sugar (1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons)
• 8 g vanilla sugar (2 teaspoons)
• 1/4 tsp ground vanilla pod
• 250 g butter (1 cup + 1 tablespoon)
• Dough:
• 6 egg whites
• Pinch of salt
• 200 g sugar (1 cup)
• 120 g ground hazelnuts (1 cup)
• 20 g breadcrumbs (2 tablespoons)
• Cream:
• 400 ml whipping cream with 30% fat (1 2/3 cups)
• Decoration:
• Walnuts
• Nut brittle
• Baking pan:
• 40cm x 33cm (16" x 13")
• Bake:
• Bake at 180°C (350°F) with fan for 15 minutes, then turn off the oven and leave the cake in the oven to dry for 30 minutes.
