After 9 years I'm finally at a point where I'm able to get back into my favorite hobby...bonsai! It's amazing to know and find out that one of the people I look up to and admire not only has a nursery but also lives less than 2 hours away. Getting into a class though will be near impossible I'm sure (for many different reasons). I hope one day to meet and see Eisei-en...maybe this year i hope. It would also be a dream come true to hopefully be able to purchase and aquire a piece of material from Eisei-en. My son is only 5 and is just as excited as i am to see the nursery and some truely amazing bonsai that one doesn't see every day! What a way to start the year and to start his way into bonsai as well at such a young age and with such an admirable professional close by.

Thank you for the video. Very nice bonsai. Quick question, I’m in the process of setting up my backyard and was wondering if you have tips for the ground rock? Did you need to put a weed barrier or a few inches of base rock, before putting in the nicer rock? I really like how your bonsai area looks, it’s fantastic.
