It's different. But I did find this on scoliosis. "Scoliosis may also interfere with the flow of cerebrospinal fluid ( CSF ). And when the CSF pressure in the brain is low, debilitating headaches can occur. With scoliosis, certain types of pain are warning signs that it’s time for a trip to the doctor." You can google "scoliosis affects cerebrospinal fluid flow" and get stuff on it. Also, you can get tension headache from tight neck muscles that are trying to stabilize a cervical curvature.

There are quite a few men without injuries who find electrostimulation pleasurable. It is helpful for ED also. I am commenting to let you know that there are more advanced power boxes (not Tens units) that can purchased. These units can provide more power at a safe level. Anal electrodes that stimulate the prostate can be purchased so that both the penis, prostate and testicles can all be stimulated. There are also websites devoted to electrostimulation and several companies that sell the necessary equipment and electrodes.

So what about prostate stimulation with a vibrating butt plug while your wife is on top in missionary or Do you have to have continuous vibration with no stroking? I know some guys (2) who have ED they finally broke down and tried a vibrating butt plug used for prostate milking. They would put it in while their wife was on top and this allowed him to keep A strong enough chub to get the both of them off? They said they could go for hours and not ejaculate and basically give themself blue balls to the point they would have to throw up. But that toy helped.

What about anal stimulation? I know it is a subject that most straight men would never consider, however, I happen to be gay, my injuries aren’t spinal, I have Crohn’s disease and had intestinal cancer. After 34 abdominal surgeries, I lost my ability to get an erection, but I can still ejaculate. I often visit websites dedicated to men who, due to medical conditions, cannot get a erection and/or ejaculate, and one common theme seems to work for everybody, and that is direct anal stimulation, and by that I mean prostate stimulation. I have a dear friend who is, just like you, dead from the waist down, and he tried everything in order to ejaculate, as he and his wife are desperate to have children, he was in a car accident one day after returning from their honeymoon. I suggested prostate stimulation, and at first he laughed at me, then, noticing that I was serious, started yelling at me, just out of sheer frustration, which I’m used to by now. He’s a wonderful man, and very open-minded, so I was pushing that open-mindedness to it’s limits. For his birthday I bought him a prostate vibrator. It’s not a dildo, it’s a small little device designed to directly stimulate the prostate, without having some huge intrusive sex toy inside you. I asked his wife if I could do this for him first, and she was all for it, because she too was dying to have children. She said that he had no problem getting an erection, but that he just couldn’t ejaculate, so her and I went shopping, and she picked it out, and I paid for. I know he will be far too embarrassed if I get it to them, so I got his wife to give it to him on my behalf. I didn’t ask him any questions, because I knew he would be uncomfortable talking about it. But I got a phone call the next day, I’ve never heard him so happy since before his injury. It worked!! He said he had never felt anything so powerful in his life, and then was teasing me about how he understood why I love gay sex so much, LOL! Little does he know, when I was 21 after my colon ruptured, they surgically removed my rectum and large intestine, so anal sex for me is totally out of the question, because the doctors literally stitched closed my rectum, on the positive side, if ever I get abducted by aliens, they will have nothing to probe! LOL! All kidding aside, his wife said it took some convincing and a couple of shots of Jack Daniels, but she finally got him to use it, and told me that he came almost instantaneously. In fact, she said he ejaculated three times in one night, after going for years without any ejaculation at all. They have both labelled me there unofficial sex therapist, A title that I get a real kick out of, she’s pregnant now with twins, a boy and a girl, and their knitting the boy after me, but we don’t dare ever tell the kids how they came to be. In any case everyone, if either of the two message mentioning this video don’t work, speak to your doctor first of course, but try direct prostate stimulation, A.k.a. prostate milking, it works wonders, and for the very brief. I was able to enjoy it, I can tell you that prostate stimulation, whether you’re straight or gay, feels absolutely incredibly wonderful! They call it the male G spot, but whatever you call it, if it works, then go with it, and forget about all The stupid stereotypes out there. You would be amazed how many straight men enjoy prostate stimulation. It does not make them gay, and it does not make them any less of a man, it’s just another facet of the human body that very few are open minded to. So, if nothing else works, what have you got to lose? There actually quite affordable, the one that I bought my friend was only 35 bucks, that’s Canadian dollars, so probably around US$28? Good luck to you all, In a strange way you guys are lucky, at least you can still get an erection, my only options for that our medical interventions such as surgery to implant two small balloons in my penis, or to inject a medicine with a great big needle into the base of my penis, neither one is a very pleasant option, I can still have full sensations of a mind blowing orgasm, you can still ejaculate, I just can’t get erect, so I’ve made my peace with it, if only the general public has the slightest clue what we have to go through just to enjoy the simple pleasures of life that everybody else takes for granted.

Horto I think I set the pulse width at 300 and the rate at 100. Make sure the machine is on constant mode bc there are several other modes that won’t provide consistent electricity. I’d say it usually took less than 10 minutes for me. I’d start feeling really tight/spastic and could feel more pressure rising in my head when I was about at the finish line. As I ejaculated I’d get a lot more spasms too and my legs would kick. I’m not sure what your injury level is but if you are below a T7 you may have different results since I have a high injury. Make sure you have two pads on each side at the tip and the same setup at the bottom. Also, I would shave the hair to make sure I was getting as much contact with the pads. If you have more questions about pad placement let me know!

Paralyzed Living Paralyzed Living okay I’m not too sure about constant mode? I’m not sure mine has it! If I could post a photo I’d show you...I’m a C6 Complete...placement info would be great! Do you mean topside and underside or literally on each side curved around? The squares are quite big!... Also how did it all work out for you in the end? 😊

Horto if you want to shoot me a message on my Paralyzed Living Facebook page you can share a photo and I can go into more detail privately. I ordered smaller 1.5 inch pads since the regular size is a little too large to get sufficient contact. I put two pads on the left/right side at the tip (positive leads) and two in the same location at the base of the shaft (negative leads). It did the trick and we have a beautiful daughter to show for it!

I have been doing ab stims for a couple of years now and it has not affected my baclofin pump.
@jerrysmith35154 жыл бұрын
Thank you very much for that information. I hope you have a healthy little boy or a little girl. I tried the e stim but did not know to use both channels like that. I thought they were separate. I wish you the best of luck.

I wouldn't have thought that putting the negatives with the negatives and positives with the positives would work. Can someone explain?
@Chemeleon154 жыл бұрын
I know it's several years too late lol technically you're not putting the neg to neg and pos to pos. you're just putting two neg leads at the base and two pos at the tip. The electricity still travels, from the pos at the top, down to the neg base. Having leads on the left and right sides just increases the effectiveness.

Hi Brian. I saw your article in New Mobility. Thanks for sharing your story. Can you be more specific regarding placement? It sounds like you are putting the electrodes on the glands/head of the penis and the base. For the tip, are you putting them front and back or on either side? For the base, are you putting the electrodes under your testicles or above? also, front and back, sides, or side by side on underside?

Do you have spasms or tremors while ejaculating? If so do you take something for it? I have ad pretty often and not a single doctor has ever mentioned nifedipine. I’ll be asking about it asap.
@ParalyzedLiving2 жыл бұрын
I do shake quite a bit with orgasms but yes, nifedipine is the answer to fight the severe AD.

I'm confused about orgasm and ejaculation. Is it that he has no orgasm but these devices can cause ejaculation? I have opposite problem.Without a prostate I can no longer produce the liquids needed for lubrication or ejaculation.I can have an orgasm but nothing comes out. Is this method causing the prostate to send fluid to carry the sperm out of the seminal vesicle where they wait after leaving the testes?
@ParalyzedLiving3 жыл бұрын
Correct. I have no orgasm but can ejacualate with these methods.

Hi Brian, I dont have spasms but my muscles and tendants are a little stiff at times.When I lay on my back my legs lift up like am sitting. Do you think an EMS or a TENS machine would help. Also, give to me your suggestions. Thanks brother.
