This is the best yoga teacher on KZbin. I have tried others but always come back to her videos. Because they make me feel energized and stretched, sometimes I even sweat. Her description of what to do makes you get the most out of every pose. Thank you Esther.

One of the key ingredients of yoga practitioners is that they are very humble. and truly innocent. The way they speak and their humble tone makes me feel so pleasant. And the way Ekhart speaks makes me more interested in her. Good going Ekhart! love you.

Thank you for posting these. My cable television provider no longer carries FitTV and I couldn't find one single yoga program on any other network. I was sure I wouldn't find anything on the internet I could follow easily as I am a beginner, and then I discovered your videos. I look forward to growing in my Yoga practices with you. Thanks again.

I love that you explain every movement thoroughly and clearly. Even my three and a half year old daughter can do some of the poses! This is known as our "peaceful" time together :) Thank you for making yoga available in our home. It's like having our own personal yoga instructor! Namaste

This is excellent not just because the exercise itself is so well demonstrated and well explained,in detail, but also because it shows how deep a practice can be in only 16 and a half minutes. The physical work is deeply underpinned by so much mental attention; a physical/mental/emotional meditation to begin any day; and those 16 & 1/2 minutes will be repaid throughout the following day, in so many ways. Hello Esther. I just want to thank you! - your videos are fantastic for someone who wants to "start" and become good at yoga through home practice (esp. how you go slowly, and ease into gradually good stretches). Usually I come across, some very young practitioners - who seem to miss the fact that 95% of people trying to use their video are very early beginners who are far from being as flexible with all their body (esp. the complex stretches) - and big set of these folks have some physical injury they are dealing with. Your practice is absolutely fantastic to ease into complex poses without fearing injuries :)... Thank You again - and I hope, not just me, but everyone benefits from your wonderful practice to make their days happier with yoga. PS - your commentary is soo soo good, pointing out the minor technical details that enthusiastic instructors often miss!

Fabulous morning routine! Woke up my sleepy body with gentle warm-ups and then, very gradually but in a short time, got into a workout that had me breathing deeply. Now with my cells all full of oxygen and nitric oxide, I feel wonderful. Thank you!

I've been doing various yogatic routines for a week, and now I can get through this whole session! =D Holding the downward facing dog position for many minutes, multiple times in a row, still gets me tired, though. But from where I was last week, not even being able to hold it for ten seconds, to now getting most of the way through this video before taking a 5 second break, I'm sooo happy. This is the best thing ever. I feel great in general throughout my days now.

I have been doing this every morning for a month and feel SO great! I have my 5:45 AM "date with Esther" and am loving making this my morning routine. Looking forward to finding one of your longer routines I can incorporate into my afternoon workouts...maybe like a 45-60 minute yoga flow?
