It was an experimental ground effect plane to transport cargo/trooops

it's officially not just a WIG ship or craf but a wing in ground airplane! Depending on the payload and location, it could climb out to 3000 feet (not sure if true...) but it would need his jet engines, in WIG configuration it only needs the turboprop once it's taken off... WHERE DO I DOWNLOAD IT??? can't find it online anymore
