Try not to worry about your hair, you shed much less than usual while pregnant and your hair kind of resets itself in the year afterwards. It can make you feel like your hair is much thinner, but it’s just the contrast. Plus being a mum from the first time is stressful - although WONDERFUL, and you can get a bit run down. A good hair and nails vit is a must. X You look lovely x

I enjoy your vlogs sooo much and that dinner table looked amazing. Olive looks like her dad but she will look exactly like her auntie when she's older. (i think). Also I have a video idea. I love when blush complements the lips and i use it on the eyelid to complete the look (just like you do). Can you do a video where you show your go to blush and lip combinations? Love you 😘

Hi! Your hair still looks stunning and full! Have you done any blood work done recently to check your thyroids/iron? I don’t have a baby, so haven’t gone through all the hormonal changes, but I was always tired and my hair was falling out. Ends up I have really low iron! Just something to look into. Try Ashton and Parsons teething powders for Olive- I swore by them when my girls were teething. Boots sell them but I'm sure you can find them at most chemists. Don't worry about your hair- mine did the same as yours and it came back just fine.

Also, without being condescending, I do want to mention that although trendy pieces are relatively cheap in consumer cost, they do have a pretty hefty environmental (and sometimes human) cost... I'm trying to be more aware of 'disposable' shopping habits, but I'm also definitely a work in progress since it's so easy to go for the cheap and pretty options. Also, I totally have a sparse spot in my hair there too! I haven't even had kids so I don't know why that is for me, but you're not alone! I always joke that it's my bald spot where all my stress coalesces, lol.

As for taking care of your hair, some things that have helped me with my hair were changing to a healthier diet (which doesn't look like you would have to do because you cook really healthy at home), not blow drying my hair ever really (or at least when you can get away with not doing it), vitamins, AND I actually stopped getting my hair colored for a couple of years. Some days I wish I had blonde hair like I used to, but my hair has never been softer or shinier!

Hey! I love your family and your videos! My son was arching his back a lot before we found he has reflux if she isnt crying it could be "silent reflux" hes on a baby zantac and its helped wonders! Thought maybe if the problem isnt teething you could ask your ped if reflux is a possibility! Good luck Mama, youre awesome!

Just wanted to let you know I had a ton ( like baseball size globs after each wash) of hair loss after all 3 of my kids each time was so upsetting and started when they were each about 4 months old , but it does grow back , it will be the same again one day just hang in !!

If you start vacuuming while your baby is sleeping it will help her get used to noises while sleeping and will be able to sleep through almost anything. My kids sleep through the dogs barking, storms, vacuuming, etc.

Your hair loss may be hormonal, love! I had quite a bit of it after I tried to go off birth control and my estrogen levels dropped. That's just my personal experience but I figured I'd mention it just in case (as I had a lot of headaches during that time too). But just FYI yours isn't noticeable at all until you point it out! Gorgeous nonetheless.

The hair falling out, major headaches, and tired, as well as just not quite feeling like myself, hit me after my last child's birth right around 6 months post. You sound just like I did. I don't want to bug you, just thought I'd mention it in case it was a possibility.
