it IS good, but i would hesitate to say perfect! there could be more cleaning up and consistency in shading & pixel styles. there're also a lot of dead/stray pixels, and some other aspects which suggest shortcuts taken in the process -- shrinking of elements to be placed into the composition, reducing colors to give the impression of pixel art (always noticeable), extra smooth blurring effects next to sharp and blocky manual shading and everything in between. compare the trees to the lines and shading on the divine tower, or the ruin on the right side.
