At about 11:00 he talks about how we cannot know everything, but we can know God loves us. It reminded me of a comment made in a lesson a few weeks ago about how God hears and answers us in a way that we may not understand but it is best for us, but if we ever pray to our Father in Heaven and ask if he Loves us, he will communicate it to us instantly in a way that will be undeniable to us, this we can absolutely KNOW that God understands and loves each of us.
