Handled it perfectly. This is very scary situation even with insurance. Workers com and insurance is a must have. Other wise you will 100% get taken out if someone gets hurt at work.

i know what you mean i detail and sometimes due to small clearance i have to setup some things on the sidewalk and the elderly folks refuse to go around they walk through wires, cables and equipment ALL THE TIME risking getting hurt. it's seriously baffling when they can go around and not try to go through equipment, tables and my setup...

A very similar situation happened on a job site I was working on while I was still an employee. If you’re not sure if you should call an ambulance, call an ambulance. Can’t go wrong with cheap insurance.

The bad thing when you apologize for something you are admitting fault, keep that in mind if you get in that situation , it opens you up for a future lawsuit, in this case it would be the concrete truck the primary problem.
