THANK YOU - I reported abuse by a church leader and have been excommunicated as a result, and have lost my family, who are themselves, 'leaders; in different communities within the province of Saskatchewan~ I will soon be 70 and have been so deeply grateful for these teachings, which have confirmed what I know to be true about godly leadership- GOD'S WORD, GOD'S WILL, GOD'S WAY - thank you for your faithfulness and that of your family and congregation - I'm not the only one who must rely on livestream, podcasts or messages - they have saved my life-literally - May God bless and keep you in His care ~

Elders have a tremendous responsibility within the local congregation. They are charged with maintaining what I call a "spiritual fluoroscope" in the church, and we need to pray for and encourage those whom God has called to the position.
