Points you forgot !!! 1) Petrol car mileage can drop 20% and petrol prices can increase upto 150-180 (5%-7% pa) which is equal to fd😂😂 2) if we have solar roof the cost of running ev is zero !!! 3) remember that a person with ev can also invest in mutual funds (if he has money) so don't pull your mutual fund/stock related stuff !! 4) If a person is traveling 60-70 kms per day for 5-6 years he can save 7-8 lakhs on petrol itself

For EV the unit cost varies but we can rectify from that by using solar panels, but for petrol/diesel there is no way for fuel cost cutting. 3. For petrol/diesel vehicle it we have extra expenses like engine oil and other oils. 4. Foremost thing is pollution control and over usage of petrol/diesel will be reduced

its not 5to 6 yrs bro it depends on no of charging cycles for example nexon battery lost 1500 cycle before start degrade....so for basic nexon ev the claimed milage is 312 but in real world we will get 250 km per charge so we will run about 1500*250=375000km ...at the time battery start degrade ...not all cells in battery ,need to replace only failed cells to change...it wont cost 4 -5 lakh...petrol car i think wont last that much u have change entire car or engine at that time....and service cost also very less ie 1500 to 2000 not like petrol car...i am living with ev ...the above presention good for short travels less than 50km ...

After 8 years the battery may be dead or lost 60 to 70% efficiency. Car can't be useful if battery efficiency is down. Petrol car still you can use for another 7 years.

You have to take running cost as 15k per year for ice car and tyres are changed on ev is avg 1 lacks kms and clutch plates change every 20 to 30 km in ice engine. Near 106rs petrol and milage is 14kmpl now check how much cost per litre basic input parameters are wrong please check properly and give analysis you are making lot of people think wrong about ev. Which is good for environment and present situation crude oil which we importing to India
