The battery cost will be 40% to 70% of the car value and the resale value also decreases since the lithium battery when heated the life span goes away just like our mobile battery! Car manufacturers should focus on hybrid technology rather than going with the battery.

Why are you adding running cost of petrol Rs. 5,98,355 under petrol with FD savings? Yu can save this money only if you have bought EV. FD of 5,98,355 can be shown under EV not petrol

Electric cars are a total waste. Why does everyone look only at the fuel cost? Electric cars don't have reseller value. Battery replacement cost is nearly 5L for an electric car. Parts are not easily available
