I love the windows so much! You must be getting so excited to see it coming together. My best day was the day I got my solar meter installed. haha I recommend you add exterior cameras so you can keep an eye on the house when you're not there. It's a fairly common thing that the property managers rent the house and pocket the money. Cameras will deter that.

Good idea on the camera. We hadn’t thought that about a property manager but I can totally see it. 😂 If we were planning to live here full time I’m sure we’d also get solar. We did prep for it just in case.

Hi Thank you for watching. So we are not sure about the amount of time we’ll spend in Merida. We bought the house only as a winter home.
