After almost 20 weeks of training with Caroline I seriously need to say something... these are all the things that I have learned, I don’t know if anyone can relate... - training is not just burning a certain amount of calories, working out is enjoying the process of becoming stronger - Even if I’m having an awful day and everything seems terrible, I train with this incredible woman and everything is seriously better - I still have my ups and downs but I have changed my mindset... downs are part of life - Caroline is much more than a simple trainer, she is like a friend that pushes me out of my comfort zone - This community made my realise that I can do this! Thank you Caroline, thank you guys for being part of this incredible adventure....thank you for being part of my life. I wish you all the best We are doing a great job with EPIC HEAT 💪🏻💪🏻

Beautifully expressed Martina & you rightly said, training is much more than burning calories. It has become a lifestyle now, the community here is full of positivity, love & kindness. And just a training session with Caroline can literally boost your mood. I’ll run short on words to describe Caroline but *She is simply the best and we all will be forever grateful to her* 🎀 Loved what you wrote & enjoy your workout.

I swear after every one of the EPIC workouts, I’m amazed at what was asked of my body during the sessions and how incredible I feel when I accomplish it. I struggle on some days more than others but when it gets done...that feeling...it’s like nothing else💪🏼 Let’s grind this one out tmr!

Hi...that is so true! You push through the burn...and then the magic happens...and at the end you just feel so good! I guess it’s all to do with endorphins...but why working out us so addictive to those of us who love it! Have a great day! Matthew

It's so amazing to see that even Caroline has progressed with her weights from EPIC 1 to now. This is what I love most about her- she could easily use a lighter pair of dumbbells and make it look absolutely effortless but she pushes herself and shows us that even she struggles. I love how she keeps things real with us and focusses on progress not perfection!

Wish I could give this 1000 likes! It was such a fun routine. I loved the longer sets with shorter rests. The mix of moves was dynamic and hit all the right full body parts. Just so much FUN!!!!! See you Sunday my fellow EPICers!

I have always worked out but Caroline has made me really look at training differently, I don’t spend hours doing cardio or HIIT as well as weights, she has made me understand it’s not about quantity but quality. I am lifting so much heavier and her workouts are fantastic and she ensures you do it safely. Truly the best trainer on KZbin, huge thanks and complete gratitude xx

‘Low impact doesn’t mean low intensity...’ I took that and ran with it... By diagonal press at the end with one dumbbell I could feel parts of my chest & triceps becoming the tremble king !!! This was brilliant ! Hi everyone... the fact that we are getting these workouts for free is just amazing. She does not charge us for anything so it is our duty as well to support her. Please don't skip ads. If it's at the starting then you can do your warm up or if it's at the end, you can do some stretching. And please buy her merchandise if possible. She deserves it

It’s been a few months since I’ve done one of Caroline’s workouts and they are as good (if not better) than I remember. Singapore has just entered into another partial lockdown (all gyms closed) so I’m feeling even more thankful for Caroline. Thanks Caroline, you’re making a difference

And I’m still here!. Still pressing play and enjoying these diverse workouts. Friends and family are always surprised when I say I’m still sticking to the programme. This one was brilliant and went very quickly. I’m going to a wedding on Friday and I can’t wait to feel confident in my new dress. 😃 👗. And it’s al 100% down to this amazing woman. I’ve just had a few days off ( went camping and then 2 nights in Littlehampton) but did loads of walking . I actually couldn’t believe how much I missed the workouts. Thank you Caroline!!! 🙏👍🥰🥰

Hi Hakeke, I can't complaint about the sweat🤣🤣 Likewise I really love that circuit format but at the 3rd circuit, my hands were shaking & my weights were feeling quite heavier at the end. Lovely session and I am certain you'd fun🙋‍♀️

While doing this workout, I realized something... I'm getting stronger. I know this because I am not giving up in the middle of my push ups. I used to work with 10 lbs weights each and now I'm doing 15 lbs!!!! Yes, I am so happy I found your channel, Caroline!! Thank you for showing us how to care for our bodies through working out so that we can do the things we love to do. I'm done for today. Pssst.. I literally did laundry this morning so that I could this workout at the beginning of my day. The things I do to workout these months.. Unbelievable!! It's always fun to do Caroline's full body workout.. I am sure I am going to enjoy these compound exercises in the circuits.. She always has something new to learn.. Her tips and instructions are so helpful.. She always amazes me how she takes so much efforts to make these great workouts available for us as well as to provide very useful information related to it in terms of correct form, benefits of targeting particular muscles and everything..I could do weight training only because of you.. I am forever grateful to you Caroline. Thank you so much for being there for us!! This fitness journey wouldn't have been possible without you!! And it's a very cheerful outfit!! *STRENGTH* with lots of *SWEAT* - high heart rate & low squats is the way we roll. Feeling so alive & happy covered in my glow (sweat) after the workout. I guess this was the longest break ever in an Epic series - 1 minute & 10 seconds and I enjoyed it 😆 Loved it all the way! 💜

Wow! What great combinations to fatigue those muscles! I don’t have heavier weights so I concentrated on going very slow on the bent over rows and lowering of all the muscles. Your add on push ups was perfect as it allowed me to see where I need improvement and also how much stronger I have gotten. Thank you for your dedication to this amazing community! Love a full body workout on a Friday! I haven't always been a fan of slow paced workouts, but since Caroline I see the benefits of taking my time, especially during strength training. Hi Emilia! I'm getting back to you because yesterday my husband ordered 6kg dumbbells on line from Decathlon. If I'm happy with them, he'll order 8kg too. So, I looked up on line and there are 3 Decathlon in Ireland: in Ballymum, in Dublin and in Belfast (I don't know in which part of Ireland you live). But I suppose you can also order on line? My parcel will be delivered to a pick-up point, which suits me perfectly. I do hope this will be possible for you too. Have a nice Sunday afternoon!

Today is the first time I used a pair of 15lb dumbbells throughout the entire workout (I know, it’s Mickey Mouse to lots of you, but I came a long way from 5lb)! My body fat percentage dropped 6%! Never achieved anything like this before, and I owe it to Caroline! Love you so much!

Im always so impressed with the weights you are lifting, and I don’t feel bad that I can’t lift as heavy ! I push myself and I look up to you, I am 28 years old and have been working out at home for about 2 years but def started with zero knowledge, I can’t compare myself to you but your level of fitness if definitely my one day goal ! Not to stop when reached just be able to do what you do! You amaze me ! I am just so happy to have found you ! So glad that you are about to reach 1M subscribers, you deserve it, nothing toxic about your platform, no false promises, no shakes, diet, pills !!!! I again did this on this Friday!! As its a summer here, I thought to do a workout from Epic Heat program!! Even though it was a 30 mins duration!! My heart was pumping throughout!! What a format and absolutely brilliant planning!! It feels so great to do those Epic workouts again!! Waiting to see you soon Caroline!! Just did it! My triceps were still hurting from two days ago, my legs still tired from the last leg workout too, but I was able to crush this one and it went by fast; circuits are fun! I worked up quite a sweat, my ❤️ HR was up there. Another great workout 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Am I the only one who watches Caroline’s workouts as if it were a movie before doing the workout? ...checking out her form, checking out the sequences, the movements, building up the excitement? Thank goodness, I’m out of my funk. Like she once said: “keep going and the moment will pass and you’ll be in the next moment.” Sometimes, the moment can last days or weeks, but trust what she says, keep going and eventually you’re back feeling good! 🧡❣️🧡

Another superb full body session ... done! Loved both circuits - very sweaty and demanding session! Did Caroline's 15 min arm wo, biceps&triceps (Aug. 2020), her 8 min glute wo at home (with band, Apr. 2020) and the 5 min push ups workout straight afterwards. Die Zeit ist wirklich verflogen, es hat Spaß gemacht und ich habe durchgehend 2x8,5 kg benutzt - mehr traue ich mir bei arnold press und push to press nicht zu. Es hat so perfekt gepasst!👌 Bestimmt wirst du auch viel Freude mit diesem Zirkeltraining haben! Es ist toll! Hab einen angenehmen Freitag und genieße den Ruhetag morgen! Den haben wir uns verdient!😉😀🌄🌸🌼😘

EPIC HEAT 29/29 Completed! Only used 15lbs weights today as I wanted to do as many reps and as longer period as possible rather than taking breaks too much, and I am so happy that I did it!!! I was able to follow through pretty well that I was also feeling powerful without using a heavier set!! I am so HAPPY for me!!! Thank you so much Caroline for another wonderful day!!!

That was a challenging workout for me today. I was really sweaty after this. I loved the slower focus on strength and have improved lately on the squat and press. Those push-ups were hard and had to drop to knees near the end 🔥😅😻

I was doing day 25 EMOM Epic Heat 2 in the gym the other day and a lady came up to me 3/4 of the way through to tell my my workout was AWESOME and that I put her and her friend to shame! I was having one of those days where I was not very motivated but I looked at the description and thought to myself I can do it it’s 2 circuits..seems simple and easy..WELL I WAS WRONG. Simple does NOT = easy especially when it comes to our favorite Miss Caroline..That was a lot harder than I thought it was going to be but I did it and so can YOU!!!!👏👏❤️

Dear Caroline, just want to thank you again for another amazing week of training ❤❤❤❤ I feel so good, and let me say after all those past weeks training 6/7 with you, following EPIC II and now EPIC HEAT I've seen so many changes with just few items I have at home, then in my 3 years of GYM with all that fancy stuff but with no correct posture, intensity or even compounds,. NOW I feel stronger, more energic, more powerful, at the beginning I wasn't able to proper squat the whole reps, or even lounges, romanian and so on... BUT NOW !!!! OMG I really want to thank you so much, and hope you will be my PT forever 💢💢💢🥰🥰🥰🤩🤩🤩

I'm sweating so much but I'm so happy I finished this work out. I can't help but thinking about how much i dislike working out before this Epic Program and now everyday I'm looking to work out with Caroline. And it makes me happy. I'm feeling so satisfied and proud with myself whenever I finish a video than I'm starting to think it really helps to build self confidence and self love. Thank You Caroline ! Merci beaucoup ;)

Caroline, I wanted to ask for the longest of time. Why sometimes you stress on the importance of slowing down on lowering the rows, but there were times you did fast bent over row movements during certain exercises? Also fast diagonal presses?

Hi...I think slow and controlled is best...and the really important bit is to control the lowering part of the move. Really make your muscles work when you lower the weight! I think Caroline sometimes goes faster when her weight is a bit lighter. She would perhaps normally use heavier fir rows, or she is just using one dumbbell for presses. Then I think she is just trying to burn out her muscles on that move. But you don’t have to go as fast as she does. It is the same when she does press ups. She is usually much faster than me! I believe, when we use slower movements, our muscles are engaged better. And the quality of the reps improve. As she says, quality>quantity

Thats was pretty tough at some points, used 15kg DB and at some stages it felt like an extra plate had been slipped on. Pushups after the Squat to Press were pretty difficult and a 2 sec pitstop was required before getting back into them. The Burpee swing even my watch lost it tracking during those. Great Friday workout, maybe some sprints tonight 🤔 even if it does rain 🌧. Loved the new little fast facts appearing during the rest 😀

Loved the format. There was repeating but didnt matter since so many exercises in one circuit. Have a head cold and all congested. Weight one step down in weights and now I can breathe after the workout and made it through. Go me. Thanks Caroline.
