Tbh, portions are the issue. Most of those meals would have been relatively okay had they been split into two or three portions, which is what my mom and I used to do when we could afford eating out (unless we were craving different meals, in which case we got to go boxes to eat the other half the next day). I mean, with some foods the food is the issue if it’s soaked in grease and stuff, but most things you just have to portion correctly.

Eating nothing but fruits and veggies will actually make u gain weight. One of the main culprits of weight gain is sugar, the other being fat. Natural sugars are very densely present in most fruits. And due to the low calorie count, you have to consume a lot of fruits and veggies to 'feel full' so unless u want to constantly feel hungry, u have to eat a shit ton of fruits and veggies. Which is counterproductive.

@@bobzilla-1 he said "eat my fruits and veggies." Not only fruit and veggies. You feel fuller from WHOLE fruits and veggies than say super processed foods (juice is dangerous). It's eating an apple instead if crisps. Both will fill you up a bit. The less calorie dense so more to feel full. Yeah kinda. But our stomachs also measure by volume. And well. Sure don't eat an entire watermelon at once. Something I've done or like half. (Was a small one) but then you won't need lunch. And melons are like super cal dense. The fiber also helps digestion. You need fruits and vegetables. The meals William ate are way more calories you need to "feel full." Yet you keep eating. Cause sugar and fat. The most dangerous combo since our brain is addicted to it. (In the salad. The calories are mostly in the dressing.). You need fruit and veggies to have a balanced diet.
