You guys are beyond awesome. I will soon be a serious customer. I like the Mid-Drive option. my other ebike will be the Sondors Metacycle but this LEV is what I really want as it is in the recumbent position and I need that more. Thank you!

I love stuff like this so much. I hope vehicles like this are in wide use one day. It saddens me that my fellow Americans seem to want increasingly larger, more powerful, more wasteful vehicle by the year.

The pedal generator is a clever workaround to maintain bicycle status. I am hoping that the Electrom will be accepted as bicycle in the US, we have been waiting a long time for an electric FF bike.

Isn't there a min cadence you need to keep for your pedaling to create electric power? Also, variations in cadence will create variations in generator output. Won't that have a negative effect of battery charging?

@@bethsaytomvarughese8839 The bicycle is powered by the battery, pedaling charges the battery to increase range.

The new tyres may be lighter but these look cooler!

i like it but i have at least one concern.. if the bicycle was hit from the front or the rear.. that wind screen in fron is in dangerous position to cause serious neck injuries.. and perhaps death if the neck was to strike it hard enough. perhaps you can rethink the part of it that is directly in front of the neck. I would need to ride it to get a better sense of how the feel when ridden. Do you have anyone in So Calif that would be willing to show me theirs and allow me to demo ride it?

It might want to reposition the window a little bit higher because if the person Rex they only got a foot the try not to get their head cut off by the window! And I don't think you have a seat belt I don't think you can keep anybody from moving their body forward!
@fenderstratguy4 жыл бұрын
That is the first thing I noticed. The edge of that screen could take a person’s head right off. Perhaps move the rear edge forward away from the rider, and add a more vertical clear panel. It shows some innovative ideas though, so I hope it is very successful. I love that bipod stand.

it resembles a velomobile, the head of the person is above the fairing if the edges of the fairing as rounded, they wont be a hazard, plus the fairing isnt that much solid i never heard of a person losing their head bc of a velomobile's fairing

Trying to explain to some A- H cop that is is a really a bicycle? I don't know, humm.
@electrom_LEV Жыл бұрын
Hah, hah, yes, that was true with this version, but the new bike looks a lot less like a stretched Vespa and more like a bike. In 3 years and 7800 km of riding it, I've only been pulled over once, and as soon as the cop saw the pedals he was fine with it. Check out the video for the new one. at kzbin.info/www/bejne/eniulGuPi72sq7s
