Wiseman was a fusion in the anime. If they had just kept it a fusion, Krueger wouldn’t even need to exist. So this cards existence is just plain annoying since it’s here to fix a problem that could’ve been easily avoided.

I wonder if they'll ever correct the bullshit of turning Chazz's Light End Dragon and Dark End Dragon into Synchros for no goddam reason. It's not like they bothered to turn any of the other monsters he used into tuners. When they did that I had flashbacks to Flame Swordsman, Giltia, Labyrinth Tank and Bickuribox being turned into Fusion monsters that require fusion materials never used by the duelists who summoned them in the first place.

With all of the hero love and support, this card is pretty good and should probably be played in most hero decks if they have the room. At this point I just love how versatile hero’s are now and that they can work around link summoning to still be effective. Now meta defining might be a stretch, but they are definitely back at at least rouge strategy

Also I like how Kluger shows more of his Neos side whereas Wiseman shows more of his Yubel side. So it's almost like when Kluger dies it's like Neos has been spent so Yubel takes over. Am I adding lore to a yugioh card? Yes. Is it weird? You better believe it. Do I care? Nope.

Nah, the fact that it has the burn effect which doesn't require the Fusion to beat the opponent and the effect to float into Neos Wiseman with a similar ability possibly makes it too strong. All you would need to do is to slam yourself into a 4k attack monster to win in one turn, and at a minimum, you're doing 3k damage even if you get hit with Wall of Disruption or Mirror Wall. You can't float the same turn you use Neos Fusion, but it's still not a huge hindrance.

I find going the long route and using Xtra Hero Diviser and the Faris/Increase engine to bring out Kluger/Neos Wiseman works better. The summon restriction after activating Neos Fusion isn't worth it.
