Hello I’ve installed the tune file #2 and I also bought the downpipe pipe added file but I’m not sure if both files are included on the same download I had a DTC for O2 downstream #2 faulty which was cleared by the Volvo specialist but the car still running rough I’ve emailed Elevate twice but haven’t heard back from them do you know if both files are included on tune#2 ? or is it a faulty O2 sensor thanks

From what I remember the file 2 contains the file for the order and specifics all in one tune. I would check o2 but I also think most tunes delete o2 sensing to some degree to avoid issues like this with increased flow. I would await a reply, maybe your emails are landing in their spam or junk folder, try replying to an email they sent you,

Hello, how do you get the tune file? Ive had my handheld for basically 2 weeks and the instructions are not clear. I've seen people say you have to buy the tune file, but the description of the handheld says one file would be included with the purchase price of the the ECM tuner.

Did you buy from elevate. If so, your tune file is loaded. If you bought it used you need to buy a vin specific tune from elevate.

@@moosedroppings I bought from Elevate, and I try to sync it and it says my serial number isn't registered. I've emailed them but no answer, seems I gotta call on Monday

I ordered an Elevate rear sway bar a couple of years ago. I actually ordered the wrong one (incorrect spacing) so I contacted Don for an exchange. Although it took about 3 days or so for Don to respond, it got sorted out and I am satisfied. The sway bar is great and I will order from Elevate again.
