This "freaks me out" on so many levels. I am terrified of the water. I have lived in California for 45 years and have never once been in the ocean. People say cold showers and ice plunges are good for you but I take hot showers. I am not claustrophobic but being in dark water is a double nightmare. At 76 years of age using the Wim Hof method I have held my breath on an exhale for 9 minutes(my os dropped to 76). Did it twice in the comfort of my own home. This girl could kick my butt all day long. Congratulations!
