Nice video! Really like how you show the gear and explain why is so important in your running My top 5: 1) Garmin 920xt (because I need to track my swim) 2) Garmin HRM Run (chest monitor) 3) My hydratation belt (I carry some water with me) 4) My SUBE (it’s the card we use in argentina for buses and trains) 5) Under Armour dry fit hat (as you, without a hat I’m naked)

The Patagonia windbreaker looks like an older version of their Houdini jacket, great piece of gear. Super lightweight, but just enough to cut the wind on a cold day. My top 10 favorite/must have running gear: 1. Garmin 245M 2. Myles Apparel Polartec Momentum Tee (best tee on the market for not holding moisture and no smell) 3. Boco running hat 4. Stance or smartwool socks 5. Tailwind hydration or Gu gels 6. Same exact roller you have 7. Older pair of Nike running shorts or Patagonia strider pros 8. Squirrel Nut Butter 9. Ultraspire Momentum Running Vest for my long runs 10. Saucony endorphin speeds :)

On the shorts, I’ve always been happy with the ones I get from Boa! I’ve never been a big fan of the ones that have the compression built in like the ones you presented, but I know a lot of people do like those.

My list would be: 1. Lululemon invigorate tights. They’re pricy, but they stay up and have pockets to hold even larger phones, plus the waistband is adjustable. They’re a big upfront investment, but they wash and (air) dry well so it’s worth it! 2. My apple watch/iPhone, in particular for the Nike Run Club app (where I prefer to track runs) and audio books, pod casts, or music on my runs 3. Wireless earbuds. I use the Bose sport ones. Again, they were pricey but you can get refurbs for cheaper. They have amazing sound quality, they are so well built, and they stay in. Also, it was a good quality sounding bud that’s not noise cancelling (as a woman who prefers to run in the evenings or very early in the morning, I prefer something that doesn’t block out all sounds for safety) 4. Yoga with Adrienne (to stretch out and prevent getting overly tight while running a lot) (That’s four but if you break up the 2nd point I guess that can count for 3+ things ok it’s own!)

The person who got me into running always wears a hat, so now, years later, I always have to have a hat on when I run, too. I guess I have kind of a weird shaped head and have always had trouble finding comfortable hats, but I love my running hat from HeadSweats. I highly recommend them!

Fenix 6S Pro. Not a giant massive brick on your wrist, but it's packed with great features. The scratch-resistant glass means you can wear it 24/7 and not have to worry about banging it around at all. Very expensive, but very worth it!

The muscle roller stick has changed my life!! The feeling of foam rolling after a run has actually motivated me to run more 🤪

Bro, which one is more efficient the foam roller or stick roller?
@preeta37323 жыл бұрын
@@aryanpandey6318 I find the stick roller great for my calves and foam roller great for my back! But if you’re looking to get just one then go for the stick roller, perhaps you get get someone to massage your back with it if needed 🤪
