Here’s the warm-up for anyone wanting to replicate: - Knee Hugs - Quad Stretch/Floor Tap - High Knees - Butt Kickers (arse kicks, if you’re from the UK) - Hurdles (Forwards and Backwards) - Dynamic Calf Sweepers - Greatest Stretch in the World - Resistance Band Side Steps - Resistance Band Single Steps - Leg Swings - Rolling (Full Legs) - Shoulder Swing Side Steps

this is such an underrated channel. i love youre videos, theyre super helpful. im working out some routines for myself at the moment and this helped a lot.

i do a few foot, ankle, and calve stretches as well. Love the cool down routine. I forget to do that after my cardios, GREAT REMINDER👍
