Elite 250 Brake Cover Clip (90659-KM1-671)

This is a design for a Honda Elite 250 brake cover clip. It is a replacement for Honda part number 90659-KM1-671. This design improves over the original part because it is much easier to install and remove.

The pin down the middle is simply a metal nail that was cut using bolt cutters. The head of the nail is painted black to match the scooter. When the pin is inserted, the end of the clip flares to engage a ridge making it so the clip cannot be removed without first removing the pin.
Recommend printing at 100 um with 100% infill.
