Riot recently made some changes to Vladi. They recently buffed the W a bit, which is good because the health loss was absurd and the damage was low. He is an easy character to harass in lane, so you need to be very good at farming. I don't use him well, but I can still tell that he's been a mediocre champion for quite some time. The cd rune is too good to skip unless you want to go conquer as your main but then you miss out on ares and transedance both also op so na. I’d only go resolve bone plating against all in champs

Good CS (early and mid - late game by sidelining and taking jungle camps) and wave management (the type that makes it hard to be ganked or ran down by enemy laner) finally making sure you have good backs to buy items before a big dragon/baron fight. Those things if you improve in that order will make you the best vlad player

Actually Vlad top isn't playable in my opinion, if people know how to play against it. Either maw of malmortius rush or ravenous hydra rush completely makes Vladimir useless. With that in mind, every bruiser matchup is a loss and getting outscaled, tanks like Mundo Ornn Chogath Udyr and rest are really unpleasant. Still can lose to mages. Can maybe win only as counterpick. Therefore i really recomment not playing vladimir, and congratz elit for strong elo with bad pick.
