I'm sure I'm not special here, but, I emailed Dave a training question and he emailed me back in a matter of an hour. Extraordinarily successful, and still humble enough to email somebody with a relatively silly question. Love Dave.

Tate is real for this, for the past 5-6 years I've been passing on training advice to friends and strangers in the gym for nothing at all, people come back and tell me how much they've gained and how much stronger they got and it's the best feeling ever, no money can ever replace or generate that feeling

I'm proud of what I've accomplished in 47 years. But I cant help but to wonder and fantasize about being 18 right now with having Dave and Elite fts at my disposal. I'm positive I would have been better.
@21inmanm7 ай бұрын
As someone who is 18 right now, Dave Tate, and all the other coaches, trainers, writers, etc. of eliteFTS have made accessing information incredibly easy, it will still be easier for the teens and young lifters of the next generation when I get older to get information that I couldn't fathom, and that's a beautiful thing.

Sometimes it is really tough when you think you make a connection with a lifter or another coach, and then they just walk away from you. But you are 100% right Dave, as coaches we need to get over that shit, you can't change the past and you can't be bitter about it forever, it is time to just keep passing on the knowledge and showing everyone our love for coaching. Show people you care, and show people your passion, give them value and they will pay you. Thanks Dave!

@Nerdybdirty6 жыл бұрын
I'm 25 and warming up is just as essential as the work out itself, imo. I can't just hop in and throw heavy weight like I see so many do. I never take em' for granted.

Who the fuck are they 4 people who don't like this. I already do a lot of what Dave says. My way of looking at it is while I will try and pass my knowledge on before I die, it still goes with me when I do. When Louie dies all that knowledge goes with him, same with Dave, and as we have all just found out Charles Poliquin took a lot of information with him.

Truths are in among the expletives. Everyone is looking to make money off a certificate or some affiliation. No more knowledge transfer if you are willing to work, but willing to be your online coach for 500$ /month or sell you a program Reg Park did.....only 50 bucks.
