Every video with Dave is just a massive amount of knowledge jammed into a video for us with absolutely no BS and it's simply fantastic.

Aside from his quick math skills, Dave is a genius.

Med ball throws are highly underrated, they are great for a quick warm-up on bench day. Personally I love doing a med ball throw circuit for gpp work, where I do random throws nonstop for 10-20 minutes. Throw the ball, jog over to it, pick it up and throw it again, repeat. That gpp workout is a gem from a free Basic Conjugate Manual e-book that Dave wrote (with Jim Wendler I believe) I highly recommend it to anyone, a quick yet info-packed read.

I have that muscle mace and use that exact rep scheme and it does exactly what he says it does. That thing is monster. The middle mace is the hardest one, especially if doing it a part of a superset. Fun thing to avoid from the top mace is the tap on the nuts if you're not standing back far enough.

Damn this was a cool video. The camerawork was killer, I felt like I was just hanging out with Dave and Joey, wild. Every single workout with Dave seems so efficient and calm, such a seasoned teacher. Even giving some pointers for how Joey can teach abck at his own gym.

@MEAT BASED VEGAN well it's a massive eccentric exercise, and when you fatigue, to push forward, you then roll and call in the chest to help. I'm not talking coffee machines, I'm talking pressing. Read.

Well those are called 21s where you do something normally 7,7,7 the reason they use 8 is I think just a westside thing.
