I’ve spent a shit ton on certifications, a lot of which I can agree now were just glorified seminars that ended up having every jackass who could shell out 600 calling themself a coach. The authentic coaching knowledge, and wisdom I’ve gotten for free on this KZbin channel since I found it a year or two ago has made a larger impact than most of them combined. It’s completely changed the way I look at what I do for a living, and how I was doing it. I can’t thank you guys enough! I’ll click every fucking button I have to if it means it keeps coming!

Every week EliteFTS gives away to the public a king's ransom of information. I try and show my appreciation of this value by buying anything strength and fitness related from EliteFTS and being Subscribed, Liking videos, as well as having Notifications set, and Sharing videos to message boards. I wish there was more that I could do for you guys, for all you have done for me.

I am a software engineer, with the fitness hobby (and of course I am subscribed to both topics on youtube) I spent literally 30 seconds trying to understand what this video was about, coding or fitness Seriously: computer science -> we have cycles, we have macros, we have programming certifications, we have lots of "shortfalls with programs" videos. fitness -> cycles, macros, certifications all the same. This is brilliant

Hey Dave love these! Can you make an in depth episode for each of the squat, bench and deadlift. Goal of how to increase your 1RM, ideas for weak at top, weak at bottom. Program if to use and try (rep work, Max effort, Dynamic effort). How to find a weak point for each lift and what you should do to target those weak points (exercises, ques, pauses?).

This Table Talk was amazing. I am a novice powerlifter and love listening to Dave talk anything related to the sport. My coach’s programming has made me a lot stronger, but Dave and everyone else at Elite FTS have helped my technique immensely. Keep these coming. Unless you start talking tupperware I will keep tuning in.

Absolutely love the programming podcast. One of the biggest issues of trying to learn on your own is not knowing what you don't know. Google tends to only bring up the people selling programs so having this to expose gaps in my knowledge and point me in the right direction is invaluable (and is a large reason I try and purchase things from you guys when I need stuff ;) lol)

I’m so glad I stumbled upon this page, I’ve interned and worked with strength coaches on Olympic and elite d1 college and professional athletes…. Names the whole country knows…. And I’ve asked them about periodization and cycles and phases and how they should be designed for certain goals… and I understand people will have different opinions on what is correct, but nobody has explained it as clearly as you. So thank you

I'm intrigued by something I've discovered only after years of training on my deadlift. I always had problems with deadlift of the floor and thought that I have to try to pull fast to overcome it and as it turns out, I'm way better when I just pull like a tractor, slow and steady (my gym buddy came up with that description and it's oddly fitting). It feels heavier but I can move more weight with that style. Is it just a leverage thing that some people can be more explosive of the ground and others are better pulling with "lower gears" like myself?
