Yall need to chill, none of the allegations were directed towards her and she said she is growing as a person. The allegations were at people in departments ellen is way too high up to even know. People aren't perfect and I'm sure you've made mistakes yourself as well. Ellen has done so much good for the world. Go look up her gorilla foundation and charity work instead of making blind statements. She literally gave Jeanie a job from a phone call at the beginning of the show. Allegedly the show was a “toxic workplace” filled with “racism, intimidation, and fear”. One former employee who is black said they had several racist micro aggressions. Some were fired for taking medical leave or for taking a day off to go to a funeral. I’m not saying she’s the worst person on the planet or that all these allegations are true it’s just that there were definitely allegations against her.
