I had a 5 hour energy the last time I traveled and it did give me allot of energy for about an hour so the energy part is true. However about an hour after drinking the shot I started feeling sleepy. Long story short It certainly didn't last for 5 hours.

She's absolutely right. I've also noticed how extremely many sorts of energy drinks that you can find nowdays. Here in Sweden, there's a lot of kids that drinks it as if it was some kind of a soft drink!

$5 a gallon! that's equivalent to $1.32 a liter... I would be so happy to pay for it at that price. Here in Australia at the moment we pay $1.50 a liter, big difference when you have a 70 liter tank to fill...

I'm with you there a little on the commercial front, but I understand that she does these sometimes. The stuff for her giveaways has to come from somewhere. At the same time, she was advertising Vitamin Water Zero, which has 0 calories, and therefore 0 sugar. Although that is a good thing to look out for in other products, and to take into account with the original Vitamin Water. Then again, natural fruit juice has sugar. In the right balance it can be okay.

I rather like vitamin water zero however it has a lot less sugar than soda or juice which is all natural from Stevia extract. also most contain a high level of vitamin C and it really has boosted my immune system because I've been remarkably heathy even in flu season.
