Coconut oil dries out my son's skin. He has eczema and even though alot of people say it's so good for people with eczema, that is not the case for my son. I've used Babassu oil and it has worked great too. Just wondering, how you combat the grains? It's nice and smooth for me at the beginning but over time, grains develop when I have a high percentage of butters. Thank you, I enjoy watching your videos.

I did not have on hand arrowroot but added a half tsp of micro-fine silk powder. and my preservative was Phytocide Mango butter 40% Cocoa butter 10% Tallow 25% Grapeseed oil 10% Apricot oil 10% Pomegranate seed oil 5% I chose a beachy mango scent . This turned out Fabulous. Good for summer time at the pool! Thank you for your expertise!

You could omit the coconut oil altogether, the rest of the butta's in this whip are sufficient the only other thing I would leave out is the arrowroot powder, for me using the lighter oils help with quicker absorption and are not greasy or oily feeling.

Just like it's time consuming to make a video and answer the same question a hundred times! With respect to you, I check comments to eliminate double answers. Id use Babassu oil to replace the Coconut oil. They are very similiar in texture and composition makeup. You can find it at most skin care suppliers. Wholesale Supply Plus, Soapers choice, etc. will carry it. I use Camillia seed oil, but it is expensive therefore it's a luxury product and I charge more for it. I also use Optiphen in my body butter. I yse Tochopheral MT-50 instead of Vitamin E, it is a true antioxidant that prorects those beautiful oils and butters at .5%. That's my advice.
