Giiiirl, one egg is sooo little! 3-4 are great to get enough protein (and energy, especially if you don't snack all day!!) !! xx I would love more eating videos!! I think you eat very healthy and balanced, don't understand how people would think something else! And no, it's 30 min active per day - that could be a 30 min walk

Yeah I’d say I was in a constant state of wanting to be smaller from about 16-27 years of age, but with hindsight I can see how unhealthy and ridiculous that mindset is. I also believe studying nutrition and dietetics has a big part of obsessing over health
