Thank you for being here and sharing, you are appreciated. This is relaxing and it is also awesome to see your beautiful children. Being a parent, running a company and trying to have a social life is a lot. Take good care our winter is almost over Ellie. You are both wonderful loving parents and that is the most important thing. 🤗🤗❤🦘

I wish I took the time to exercise more after I had each of my wonderful children. You are amazing and passionate about all that you do and it shows! Love your content and always look forward to it:)

Beautiful house and family 🥰 and thank you for being open about your own relationship with food journey. With your older videos and content I do feel you were part of promoting a unhealthy focus on food/ body for younger girls, would be interesting if you could reflect a bit more on this and give tools for the new generation to not fall into the same habits 💚 O and wondering what sustainable features your new house has! was surprised to see a gas stove is that still the common practice in AUS?

Yeah I’d say I was in a constant state of wanting to be smaller from about 16-27 years of age, but with hindsight I can see how unhealthy and ridiculous that mindset is. I also believe studying nutrition and dietetics has a big part of obsessing over health
