Gene was also showing a picture of Rick Nelson.I saw an interview with Rick Nelson,and he said that when Elvis was on the west coast they would play football together.Great video Spa Guy.

I've often read that Elvis Presley could tell genuine people from frauds in a second. Gene is a genuine moral man with impeccable manners and eazy charm, and I can see why Elvis Presley liked him the moment he met him. Again, Billy, you delivered the goods with Gene's interview, which is my favourite to date.

I love this man so much! He is awesome! I love that his service station is still full service-or at least in July of 2019 it was. I don't know why all the stations went to self service, you can't pull up and get help with your car anywhere anymore and you got to pump your own gas to boot. lol I miss full service stations. I love that Gene went to Jerry Lee Lewis' house and Jerry Lee said come on in! That is amazing! Meeting Elvis is certainly a dream come true and Gene was a very lucky man or as he said, he was in the right place at the right time. Yep, I would have loved to have been Gene! I am so glad that you found this guy and documented Gene Autry Turner! The bible pages turning.....goosebumps! Loved this interview!

Hi Billy (Spa Guy) thank you so very much for this truly truly amazing story. Mr Turner your love of Elvis God saw & He opened the doors for you. Drove right up to the front door ya did. Hugged & talked to Elvis. He toured you around. You got to see him perform live. Elvis body just died but he's very much alive in heaven the place Jesus promised his bride the church believers... Good on you for having a part of having that church built. Also believe God arranged Billy to meet you. God bless. See you in heaven one day guys. ( been a fan all my life ...64 yrs old ) Devil tripped Elvis up sometimes but I too have failed The Lord. But Elvis nevertheless I believe yielded & prayed & trusted in Christ a good part of his life. Plus walking up to Jerry Lee home & knocking on the door & meeting him !!! How unreal is that !!!!! ( been really busy busy so have not gotten to watch very many you tube vids Billy but will try watch more of yours. They are so so so well done. Locations & stories. Thanks for sharing these incredible interviews with Mr. Gene Autry Turner. He is such a wonderful person who really loved Elvis very much. I love the photos he has. It must have been the most exciting times of his life when he first met Elvis and from then on up to Elvis's last day. Sounds like they had some awesome days together .

I could only imagine, what it must have been like to be in Elvis’ home visiting with him. I would have loved to be there. I don’t believe there is a celebrity today that would open their door and welcome their fans into their home. Gene got to go into Graceland and Jerry Lees house. How awesome is that?

That's the one thing about Elvis that makes me proud to be a fan of his. He believed in and loved Jesus. Yes he had his faults as we all do, but he was also a loving, giving, humble, overall beautiful human being with a God given talent that is still bringing people together and closer to God to this day.

You can feel his HAPPY right through the screen! The opportunity and experience could not have happened to a sweeter guy, AND could not have happened to someone more able to express it in smiling detail, in such a way, that we too can 'relive' his precious moments with Elvis. Mr. Turner , no doubt, has additional memories to share. So many different angles to cover from his young life while being an unabashed Elvis fan. Gene might think about purchasing an Elvis Fans Guest Book in preparation for the EAP related visits to his service station. Great videos of Gene Autry Turner.
