Warmest regards to yourself and Trey, Billy, on this Memorial Day Weekend. While I recently bought a home in Biloxi (can't beat the prices) as an investment property and now you have me thinking of Palm Springs, possibly for retirement, though I love the south and probably couldn't deal with the California politics. I know it's warm, but low humidity there? As I love the Carolinas, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, etc., but that humidity - as I'm sure you know - can be rough. However, I love the family, Myrtle Beach place, off the beat and track, and I am obviously partial to your Tennessee. Also, you should be picking up about 30 or more subscribers, too, as I was recently in Annapolis, Maryland, at a community/political type event, and I happened to have on my Elvis t-shirt under a sport coat. And while I was glad to see the crowd take to my political comments, I was even more pleased about all the reactions I got as to my Elvis shirt. Long story, short, this all leading me, when still at the podium, to give a shout out to your channel and I was even writing out the name and conversing about Elvis and your channel a good half hour after the meeting ended. This is non - related - but I also got to attend a special preview of the Blue Angels, practicing, for tomorrow's festivities. Incredible, and based on my work, it's really only America's airpower which still gives us only a slight edge, militarily over China, which is our greatest threat. As China, which I believe you know, has invested an incredible amount of money into their military, especially their Navy. This area, referring to America's Navy, being our greatest weakness (aside from cyber-attacks to our electrical grid, etc.) and we definitely need to invest more heavily in our naval ship capacity. I'm somewhat surprised, in fact, that China has yet to make a play for Taiwan given our current president. Although, I suppose, the flip side of that thinking in this mental chess game is that if they took it now, given Biden's incompetence in dealing with such matters, they would ensure a Trump victory in 2024. But, if they wait and also work at manipulating our election in certain ways, they may believe they could get Biden for another 4 years and then go in. Sorry to ad lib, but I was doing some actual work this morning and your videos often keep me company. But, as always, my best to you - my friend - and I'm sure one day our paths will cross and I'll be able to buy you a fine meal and we'll be able to have good conversation!!! Never knew much about his time in Palm Springs and where he went as a lot of photos were taken at Hillcrest and Monovale homes and don't think I've seen any of him at the Graceland West house. Who owns that house now as you recently put out a video when you ventured there but it was empty but that could have been months ago when you filmed.
