Always love hearing his banter on stage. He just talked about whatever the heck he wanted to talk about. Do a few more songs and then some more talking. Hilarious he wasn't afraid to tell fans to shut up at the end of 76 the best example I spotted was 'The First Time Ever I Saw Her Face' Dec 29th 76. He had his back to the audience and was almost conducting the band to get the song how he wanted it to sound when it comes to soft part he just has David Briggs playing some woman screams and he tells them to "Shut up!"my own view is he was singing those songs for Ginger and when fans distracted him and weren't listening it annoyed him. Fans can be annoying they can be dangerous that's why he had security and bodyguards.

I believe that was my aunt Marie that handed him the guitar towards the end and kissed him. That’s what she said he said to her about the creepy crud before he kissed her. She said she told him “ You got it , I got it.” Her daughter has the picture framed with the scarf hanging inside the frame . True story .

Her daughter has the pictures. I will tell her to get in touch with you . She text me a copy of them yesterday and it was definitely her. She went to many shows and kissed him several times . That’s the only pictures Lisa could find of her kissing him though. Marie passed away several years ago , but her daughter Lisa has quite a few stories. My mom and her mom married brothers and were very close . Later when Lisa and I were teenagers our parents divorced, hers and mine. We were together all of the time so we heard many stories about Elvis. Marie became very good friends with his band and people that worked for him. Her daughter has the scarf he gave her from the video and the pictures.

He was still such a good looking man in 76! He still looked pretty good the first months of 77, but after that you can see his health going down. It wasn't weight, it was water retention. If someone had been paying attention they would've known it was heart related. I don't know why Dr Nick didn't catch the clues, maybe being too close and knowing about his constipation problems which were severe and that's why his stomach extended along with water. But I noticed in pictures and his last concert his hands were swollen but his arms and legs were normal size. Dealing with my husbands heart problems for 20 years I pay attention to things like that. Whenever I saw swelling in his feet etc, I started him on the water pills he was supposed to take regularly but wouldn't. Typical southern guy like Elvis.

Hey Sandra, same here..my husband had COPD for 20 years, and the last 5 years were awful for him, for both of us really. Water retention was the bane of my life, trying to stabilise him. He had palliative care at home in the last six months.😮‍💨

I think it is okay to cheer and scream your appreciation at the conclusion of a song, but not while he is singing. Unless he was teasing his fans like he did with Fever, and made provocative movements, and he probably expected the screams of delight from the girls!! Love the scenes where he hands a girl a scarf, then hangs on to it and has a little tug of war with her :-)

@@GlobetrottingWithTrey Probably the first sight of him striding past us so close, smiling as the audience realises he was there and started cheering. The next clearest memory is when he was walking over to our side of the stage and I screamed "Elvis I love you", and he heard me. He looked right at me and grinned ...aaaah that beautiful smile....as far as his singing, I can't remember every minute of that 1.25 hours after 47 years, except for Its Now Or Never, Love Letters and Fever.😍😍😍 I am going to make a video for my channel, doing a talk about everything I can remember of that night. I have done a better video of the slides I took, by putting them up on my slide projector and filming them off the large screen. Much better than my original video where I just took a video of the photos in an album.

Here in Melbourne we have three big Elvis events scheduled this year: a three day Elvis festival in July, a tribute concert at Crown Casino in September and 2 hour musical stage show in the city in October. And one of our TV stations is showing all Elvis movies, one a week. Elvis lives in Melbourne❤❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊😊
