I have a question: How do you get your axolotls to be so friendly? mine are but they dont really like pets, boops or being held. How do you bond with your axolotls so much?

I don't really pet, boop or handle them often it's really rare. Most of the time they live their little life in their aquarium but I talk to them everyday. They are use to be hand feeded though so they know the hand is friendly, well Gary knows because Migi doesn't haha. Gary have been use to have me around since he was young so he knows the difference between me and anything else. Migi doesn't so it's really up to each axolotl to be social, friendly or not. Maybe I just got lucky but spending time with them helps

whoa! I love France! your doing AMAZING with taking care of your axies! I love watching Gary and Migi vids every day:) I have my own axolotl named Neptune! he is almost 4 months old:) and he lives by himself is that ok? he is still a baby. and I heard they can bite at each other a lot when there little still. and he was born GFP ik a lot of people dont like GFP axolotls. but he is living like a normal axolotl:)

Thank you so much! Yes It's better to have your axolotl alone for now. You'll be able to take another one when you'll know their gender. This can take up to 18 months
