It's kind of weird commenting now after so long following your work, but I want you to know you really helped me. I'm a gay man living with MS who was diagnosed in 2016. I remember coming across your videos back then, in much worse a state than I am now; I was in the hospital and had become obsessed with the worst case scenarios (a situation which probably-prednisone-induced mania wasn't helping). Running across some of your videos made me stop and think, and helped me listen to someone who actually understood what I was going through when my mind needed to be quiet and allow me time to adjust. During the past few weeks I've been going through a relapse. Actually my first relapse; I've been lucky. It's strange how different yet familiar it is. I'm afraid, sure, but I'm not panicked. I know there will be a time after this, regardless of what it looks like, and part of coming to that place with my diagnosis was hearing people like you talk about it from a place of understanding. So, genuinely, thank you Seb.

My mom used to say: "Even if you go for it and it doesn't work out, you still win. You still had the guts enough to head straight into something that frightened you". Seb your words are a beacon that puts light where there is darkness. Always dare to go for more. And take all the time you need to appear here, from this other side we will always be waiting for you. Peace.

That’s a good strategy Seb. I have started creating videos on my MS Journey myself and at times I don’t feel motivated enough to do so. Hence when I’m good, I create multiple videos and store it to publish later so the flow doesn’t break. Your videos are really motivating. Keep up the good work.

How about using a shower chair? I take a vertical bath on mine. I can take my time bathing safely. I use a walker to steady my coming out and over tub. You're looking very well, Seb!

That shower chair does sound appealing, but I’d rather not cause I keep my showers super short instead 🙏🏻🧡

❤ thanks for bringing that up! Indeed, we MSers do have a magical instinct to find new and different routes to achieve more balance and less stress in our lives 😃 reducing the daily MS focus has helped me so much! Thanks again for reminding me of that. 🙏🏼

How old are you now ? I've heard that you are diagnosed with MS in 27 but I cant' watch every video just to see your age and I am sorry about that but I have MS as well,very mild form since 2015 and I got it in my 17...I have tremors also but my doctor says it is unusual form that can be seen in 1 out of 20 cases or sometimes when I reach for my doors lock my hand is just shaking,nothing else or when I am counting money but that shaking related to money can't be seen 🤔 but I can feel it so good ...I was feeling so normal and good until I got my medication (rebif) in may last year and everything went downhill after that drug. Blurry vision is constantly here or until I drink a bit of beer...after beer or few everything is normal again,no blurry vision or anything else. Are you on some medication ?
@LifeofSebMS Жыл бұрын
Hey there, I’m currently 36. Beer is actually something I avoid because of the gluten and the alcohol makes my walking too unsteady. I am on Ocrevus since 2020. It’s really weird that rebif is making you worse! Have you told your doctor about this? 🙏🏻🧡
