Kinda like a Daenerys/Jon Snow moment. Maybe a kill/suicide moment between the two. He cares about her but he doesn't want her becoming worse than her father Carmine. Just another theory.

Matt Reeves himself did say that he would love to do Mr Freeze. I also wish that Mr. Freeze would make an appearance as the main antagonist for The Batman 2. He can be used in a very horror type villain, making the movie itself semi-horror, while still being the thriller, detective-noir we all love.

Sofia also gave Viti the mobster kiss of death right before she kills him. Also I love how the purpose of this show seems to be to wipe out all of Gotham’s normal criminals to make way for the more iconic Batman villains later down the line.

I feel like, I might genuinely be wrong about the first case, Sophia has her pawn in Julian, and Penguin has his in Victor, but because Penguin had brothers, he may see Victor as a little brother figure, but I'm definitely right about Sofia and Julian Rush. Here's every thing comic book victor Zsasz related that Victor Aguilar might checks out for (either directly , or as a plausible reimagining) so far (the 4th one being the most important imo): 1) UPBRINGING:Zsasz grew up relatively well adjusted in a (rich) loving family that he lost in a boating accident during his 20s. Aguilar grew up in a (poor) loving family that he lost to a flood in his late teens. 2) COMMITMENT TO FINISHING THE JOB: A common Zsasz trope is that once he commits to kiling someone (solidified by him carving a tally scar into his skin) he HAS to follow through no matter what. While Aguilar isn't going around killing people just yet , learning this "commitment" to following through has been a big part of his mentor-mentee relationship with Os. Plus he seems to be getting more comfortable with commiting to more violent tasks (Episode 1 had him hesitantly dismembering alberto's body , episode 3 had him crashing a car into gangsters to save Os, episode 5 has him itching to join Os as a soldier in the gang war). 3) SEEING RED: Victor Zsasz is often described as seeing the world differently ( everything is blood red , having hallucinations that people he is interacting already have fatal wounds inflicted upon them). Perhaps if Aguilar takes a significant dose of bliss later in the season he could start to suffer from something similar (a lot of red imagery is used with bliss plus we saw him alresdy suffering from severe PTSD related to the riddler bombings. A mental state that might not mix well with a very heavy dose of a hallucinogen). 4) PENGUIN'S ROLE IN ZSASZ'S ORIGINS: Penguin is actually pretty closely tied to Victor Zsasz's descent into madness. Zsasz loses all of his remaining finances to Oswald while gambling which causes him to see his own life (and by extension all life) as meaningless , hence he begins seeing killing as almost a favour to his victims. I think for the Penguin TV show this could be reimagined as Victor losing his morality and innocence as he's dragged deeper into a life of violence by Os. If after all that Penguin betrays him , that could be the thing that (along with the bliss drug) pushes victor's psyche over the edge.

It’s amazing how much better these shows are when they get away from the steroids, tights and CG. The vibe reminds me of the Daredevil family Netflix shows that were so gritty but were missing the real world violence part a lot of the time until Frank Castle showed up. Vic might get caught and tortured for the location of the Bliss they cut him up and Oz saves him. Being tortured could mess him up enough to become Zsasz. Sophia's mistake is forgetting to deal with the Triads. She made damn sure they knew she was in charge of the Bliss. Oz is going to use them against her blaming her for the double cross. Oz knows Gotham. Sophia knows the past.

Well because there's effort. See Marvel has been enjoying crushing the crap out of DC for a while and now they're high on their own supply. It's gonna be interesting to see the comic book movie war (I consider whats upcoming the 1st one because, as much as I love the SnyderVerse, let's not lie and say it was even a fair competitor to Marvel) when Marvel ACTUALLY has to try and beat another major comic book movie company because DC will actually be respecting their characters this go round.

Agatha All Along is a show about a niche character, Agatha in the comics is different, but in terms of their gigantic movie influence, in that sense, she's a niche character. Put some effort in your show, as Deadpool 3 did in it's movie (The weakest Deadpool showing, but still awesome, a little too reliant on cameos for my taste personally) and the fans reward you with moneys.

I’m loving this series (like, really the best thing on tv right now) but I wish there was at least some mention of what The Batman is up to during this whole ordeal, I mean this man dressed as a bat just saved a ton of people during the flood…. Also, Sophia specifically noticed Oz’s connection with Eve- I’m 99% certain she will use Eve to get at Oz. Lastly, I hope they swerve on Mr. Freeze and give us the Court of Owls instead.

I like how you mentioned Viti's attempt to win over Sofia by talking about her mother. It came after Oz sent Vic to save his mum. But thats always why ive loved these new versions of Batman. They show human beings doing monstrous things. Not everyone is a psychopath or ends up in Arkham. Many are people who have love and responsibilities for people who they then make a choice to leave to the bears if it allows them to get away or get ahead xxx
