BAM! Kick it up a notch!! Edit: Emeril Laggase was my idol growing up as a kid, i spent numerous hours watching his cooking shows.My love for Italian Food and heavy seasonings stemmed from watching him. It was my dream to start my own cooking show one day just like him. I haven't quite got there yet, but I DO have a few recipes on my channel! Thanks Emeril!!! I chased my dream!!!

I remember watching Emeril's shows on the Food Network (when they actually had good content). Sort of like when MTV actually played music videos. Sigh. I guess I"m "old"!
@tempestfury83244 жыл бұрын
And when the History channel actually had shows about history. Go figure! Nope "reality" shows have done nothing but make Americans even more stupid. And that's just how they like it. Can you imagine "Married with Children" or "Blazing Saddles" today? It would never happen. In fact, the cancel culture will probably erase that from ever happening in their Stalinist mindset.

This is from a time of better days... I can see "certain people" totally being triggered by all these men of all colors being together in joy and in peace... Anybody wonder why this Nation is so messed up yet? Just the name of this alone should cause squeals and tears among certain people.

I'm certainly no feminist but you have to admit the silliness of this show. It's to show what? That men can cook? I love cooking and have for decades. But it's ridiculous and pretty funny to see a bunch of men getting all riled up about what, a lasagne? Bam! Sorry, it's stupid. You ever see Paul Prodomme or Jacques Pepin acting like a fool? Nope.

Tempest Fury It’s a show for “manly men” to enjoy. Some people don’t get the luxury of living in a place where people don’t care if the man cooks but there are places that do. Emeril is a very American man who can cook and can reach that demo that can suddenly feel less shame for cooking. It looks silly to you, but to others (and myself, even if I live in a place where cooking is accepted) it gives people more of a chance to connect with one another.

Emeril was much better at just cooking and being a little more humble. But hey, television needs EXTREME anything and everything. This is why television and movies are failing. One of the best chefs in the world is Jacques Pepin. He never needed to beat his chest like a gorilla to instruct people how to make a dish or meal. Emeril got in way over his head and in this episode makes men look like a bunch of fools. Guy Ferry (Fieri), Gordon Ramsey, Bobby Flay, Robert Irvine, and the like, all need to flex their muscles and make cooking "manly". Where did that crap come from? We are just cooking food.
