This wardrobe was so relatable to me as someone who mostly wears casual wear! I love it. Please show more capsules like this!

I understand Emily, that we've dressed not to stand out...I live in a small town...I was doing that...but now, I even bought a flare boho jeans at 61 y. with a hat, and I felt myself so much...Thanks Daria!

I like the mix of capsules! Emily's capsule looks casual and cute! It also makes it easy to imagine how a capsule would be used for differently occasions

Love this! Being from Southern California near the coast, we only have two seasons: the one with a sweater and the one without. And, the styles are more casual than many other urban areas. So her capsule is perfect.

Aw she's a sweet heart and I love her wardrobe journey. I would love to see the new patterns Emily decides to add to her wardrobe! 😍

Nice job Emily! I like how you combined some seasons (my fall and spring overlap substantially). Your presentation of the capsule made the outfits easy to envision. Well done.

Once there is a concept behind your style it is easy to be confident about your style choices, regardless of what others might say. Emily's outfits are so cool! I love that she also showed some pictures of her "outfits in action". There is a clear style concept behind them.

Daria, I just want to say that every time the camera is showing you, you are smiling so much and look genuinely happy and a little proud of your students! So so sweet! Congratulations on this huge milestone, I wish you and the WOW many more big anniversaries to celebrate!!!

Emily is so sweet, and her capsule is so thoughtful (including her pop of colours, accesories and active wear)! It's such a cheerful capsule.

I agree with Emily. I tend, also, to buy iterations of the same items I like. I have to be very mindful when shopping.

I am loving these wardrobe capsules. I could relate to Emily’s the most so far. Mostly my outfits are casual wear and also pick them based on bottoms as well as my mood. I’ve slowly downsized my wardrobe by giving away all the clothes I didn’t wear and/or was not going to wear again, it took a while but now I have my own wardrobe capsule and it’s been so good so far, I also do have my own PDF file, to keep track of which items I do have but picking outfits, I have had endless options, never thought I could get this much creative and get many different outfits. Although, I still need to add more new items, I just have had no luck but still in the lookout for them. 🙇🏻♀️ I really hope I can join your WOW courses one day! I feel like watching your videos somehow has helped me a lot, like really really a lot and I thank you for that, but also I think the course would be ideal to have more detailed info and expand that knowledge a little further. 🤍 Once again thank you! Sending lots of love from Colombia! 🇨🇴🫶🏻

I love the casual vibes of this capsule! Daria at 6:00 I think you mention that Emily ‘still has some transitioning to do in terms of colour’, which Emily agrees with - what exactly do you mean by this? Is the colour story not ideal?
@cg50621Q2 жыл бұрын
That was my guess - that maybe she has some pieces that aren't her ideal colors.
@amandathompson76912 жыл бұрын
Is it maybe because she has mostly cool colors but also a few warm pieces like the yellow dress?

When I was working in a cbd office, I’d pick my outfit according to shoes. If it was raining, I’d need covered shoes…which go with these pants…which limits me to these tops! You only have two pairs of jeans - I have plenty more (they last a long time, so I keep them for many years) :)

I follow a KZbinr who talked about designing capsules starting with shoes. I used to do a lot of things in Washington, DC and had about a 10-15 minute walk to Metro from home. Nice-looking, walkable shoes were key. I also discovered ankle boots and realized the minute it gets cold, i don't want loafers any more, and then it's tall boots for winter, even if we don't get much snow.
@mizmelbourne2 жыл бұрын
@@cg50621Q I put loafers and pumps away during winter too. If you walk a lot, footwear coverage and heel heights are key considerations :)

my one question is, how do people get perfect photos of their wardrobe? mine looks terrible even with those apps that crop the background. what is the secret?? I loved her clothes and saw some pieces I have and it gave me new ideas on how to style them :D

She just found them online and a few were photographed.
