Oh yes, it depends on how powerful the people are behind the Grab. Another slower death of the same thing is raising property taxes on areas that have already been heavily populated. It's usually done in areas with limited income and/or financial backing. It takes a few years (usually 3+) and as people default the county gets the property and sells to whomever was waiting in the wings to grab said land. The Grabber and the County wins, the homeowner/business owner loses.

Yeah Yeah Yeah - When the government passed exotic craft and or materials to private industry - the label of eminent is a dubious one.

That's a bit different. You never owned the craft in this case. :) I guess someone else could have bit in your example, we don't know who was the previous owner. If the government was the original owner of the property, that is not eminent domain.

@@ArtisanTony You don't understand. There are many ways to keep what ever property for the greedy government. Things like land trust they can not touch.
