At 20:36 so not to be the black sheep although some humans do have a visible tail while all humans maintain a tail most just have it below their epidermis. To your question though as if we did have fully visible and noticeable tales, no we could not extend them due to the fact that there's a artery around primarily the base of the area in which the tail starts. If any of you look into this to see what jargon I'm talking about notice how when the heartbeat speeds up it literally wiggles the tail some. Also apologies apparently the keyboard wants to autocorrect while it's turned off please forgive the inaccurate word usage it's supposed to be tail as in what a dog has for a tail and other words that I'm thinking it has autocorrected.
