Chanel Business Affinity Bag Review

I do apologise for the mumbling on this one! The room was so hot you would not believe! I wanted to open a window but our cat is getting towards the last of her nine lives.
This has been a fantastic bag and I've had a lot of use out of it so far. I definitely enjoy it as much as my Chanel Jumbo and would be extremely tempted to get another!

Emma, I really appreciate the sense of humor you bring into your videos and that you don't ramble on unnecessarily about irrelevant details of your life in your review videos like other youtubers. I purchased this bag in April of 2017 at the Chanel store on Rue Cambon in Paris. The colour I have is a very true Lipstick Red and I love it. I will confess that I wish the chain could be shortened/doubled without having to twist it around inside the bag. Just the traditional way of doubling the chain by pulling it up through the grommets would be nice. But that doesn't take away from the bag. It's gorgeous and I really love wearing it. The pink colour of your bag is just delicious.

After you did your unboxing video I went to Chanel to have a look at this beautiful bag. To my surprise they had that colour in stock, but it was the small one. It's truly beautiful. You do really have an amazing taste when it comes to colours and different shapes for handbags. Now I'm waiting for the DIOR reveal 😀

I just found your channel, Emma and I really appreciate your style. The way you go into detail and show us around your bag is great. I am a disabled person and cannot drive the many hours to boutique and so I have never actually seen one in person. Since Chanel requires first purchase to be made in boutiques I was unable to try. This bah . Now , there are. A few on pre loved on lines sites . There’s one with leather interior size medium than I am considering. I have neck issues so I can’t have too. Much weight around my neck. Do you think the leather interior is a huge difference in that respect? I would only be carrying my iPhone , key fob, compact wallet or card holder and /chanel O Case size small. Thanks so much!~ Stephanie

I bought my first Chanel bag 2 months ago and it happened to be the small black BA. I returned it because I found the bag to be too heavy for what little it could hold. But it was a lovely bag and so classic Chanel looking! Exchanged it for another top handle bag that was a little lighter, held a little more and of course a little more $$. Your bag color is gorgeous, congrats!!

I just bought this bag! It was all you -- you really sold it, and it just looks so beautiful. I think I will use the front pocket for my LV key holder -- it fits perfectly, and I only need my keys at the beginning and end of my outing, so having it in the front pocket keeps the keys out of your way while you're out, and you just need to get to your other items. Mine is actually very stable when I stand it up. I can even jostle it, and it will wobble and then settle down, and not fall over. Also, for me, I find the strap is a little short for crossbody, but I can just get away with it.

I got the Beige. I really went in just to see the size and what it was like in person, and when they said they only had it in Beige, I was like, "Phew, I won't be tempted," but this season's Beige is beautiful -- it's more of a peachy-pink nude, and it looked gorgeous with the light gold hardware.

When I bought my business affinity last year the only style offered was the smooth outer leather with the quilted pocket. It seems they went back to the original quilted on the outside. I still love mine though although yours is gorgeous!! I also have a small trendy but seem to reach for the BA more. Thanks for your review!

Ok, I've been playing with my BA a bit more, and I've figured it out. I do see, now, what you mean about it falling over, but with mine it only seems to do that if I'm holding the strap up, or toward the front. As long as the strap is back behind the bag, it never falls over when I set it on its feet.

I love the affinity bag so much better than the Chanel Trendy. CC top handle. It is ultimately more functional and ideal for carrying all your everyday needs without having to fidget with precise fit of your items into the bag like one does with the Trendy CC. I have my eye set on the beige color which I think will go so well with my navy blue wardrobe (not a fan of black clothing but obsessed with blue). I hope you’re enjoying the bag. Oh Btw, do you find the side snaps useful??? I was impressed that one can compress the bag by snapping the sides together.
