One of my favorite weekly rhythms is Sunday mornings when my daughter goes down for her morning nap and I get ready for church while watching your vlog 😊 also, a very random way you’ve influenced me is I’ve been dedicated to my nespresso for months, but seeing you make your pot of coffee in every vlog looks so nice and I’ve started making that more often 😂❤️

That's basically what I did for sleep training, the increasing time increments. At first I had such a hard time listening to her cry and would sit on pins and needles until the timer went off. I was so inconsistent at first, and didn't start seeing fruit of my efforts until I buckled down and just did it. And now she's 17 months, I put her down and she falls asleep in 10 minutes and sleeps for 11 hours.

My rot time is when my kids are at preschool. That's the number ONE reason that I could never homeschool. I literally thrive on my alone time ❤

I FEEL you with the rot days 😂 I have 2 and I LITERALLY was thinking the same thing and told my bestie this exact thing only 15 mins ago.... she's childless for now and will be blessed with some one day but for now I told her to enjoy her rot days 😂

Screen time all day is not good but I do put on a movie during quiet time from 1-3.

I've also always said if I could go back for a day, I would stay in bed all day and binge watch pointless reality TV all day. I miss that the most lol

Would love a good “rot day” too! I also have 2 girls, one being 1.5 weeks old. It’s a rainy first day of fall, so I would love to sleep, read, journal, watch tv and have allll the food delivered to me 😏 Also, would love to read through Romans!
