The Bible strategy for overcoming sexual temptation is to ~Flee. ~Learn to put new restrictions. ~Create a sacred environment around your life. It is impossible to overcome temptation with a knowledgeable spirit and a weak mind. When you're batting an habit, research is the way to go. You must be convinced in your subconscious mind that stopping is the way to go. In spiritual change, you need to renew your mind with the word of God and change your association. The same way you got better at sinning, you need to do the same unto righteousness.

God's strategy for sexual temptation is to flee. Create a system in your life to avoid temptation, guard your heart diligently, create a sacred space for yourself, retrain your mind with the word of God, sit with the word of God, pray, change your association and be accountable to someone you can trust or is mature to handle it. Thank you Sir!

The bible strategy for escaping sexual temptation is to flee. Fasting is effective when you know what to starve. Create a system in your life. It is possible to have a knowledgeable spirit and a weak mind. Learning to say no is training, every time you say yes you become weaker. When you're battling a habit the first thing to do is to reset, reset your mind. If you know what developing new habits entail, you'll know that a lot of people who call failure are not failures at all. Because a lot of Christian consider failure as a clean work. Everyone battling temptation must make confessions everyday. Everyone battling temptation must be accountable.

And so phenomenal: You must come to a critical realization of “Even if The Whole World is doing This & That, I know certain things are not good for me “ Thank you so much for The Discipleship PIE 🙏 ❤

1. Christian discipline. 2. A sacred environment. 3.Learning to say no to things that don't honor God. Do not inuculate yourself from being guilty. 4. Sit with the word of God. Sit with research. Even research vindicates the word of God. 5. When battling a habit, the first thing to do is to research. You may know that you ought to stop a particular behavior but because your conviction isn't strong enough, you fall.

As I was listening to the part about Samson falling for Delilah’s question, I voiced out that that is why I really didn’t like Samson like how could he not notice? And the Holy Spirit ministered to me that it’s because of how I’m seeing the question. Someone can also be asked a sexual question that seems earthly pleasing but will take the person far away from God. “Just one drink”, “just a puff”, or an amount of money that makes you forget contentment. Different looking questions, same intention. Everyone gets faced with different types of questions that can take one away from God- some looking tempting and some of us knew from the start that it was a trap and still entered into it. Samson probably just felt pride and maybe couldn’t believe that God will actually leave him no matter what he does but 1 Cor 10:22b says are we stronger than God? There’s something to learn from EVERY story in the Bible.

Day 23 ✅ God’s predominant strategy for us to handle temptation is to remove us from the source of the temptation and ensure there’s a permanent separation from it. There are some things that shouldn’t be lingering around your life and you’re flexing muscle. Put restrictions. Guard your heart with all diligence means it takes diligence to guard your heart. You cannot overcome temptation with a weak mind. It’s important to renew your mind. Learning to say “no” is a training. Every time you say “yes” you get weaker. Temptation is a spiritual activity that engages the mind. You have to train your mind to first know that it’s not okay because you can even start inoculating your mind to justify it. Thank you, Apostle! 🙏🏾❤️
