I am so done with Walker. Enough already! We all know Brendan is leaving in about 3 weeks and as much as I love him and don't want him to exit facts are facts so I wish we could just move the story along...get it done and move on without this psycho nut case (Walker) and his booty boy punching bag (Kevin).

If we didn't know Bren was leaving, this whole thing would be titillating. We'd all be waiting on tenterhooks to see how it turns out. That is the problem with being psoiled. Now we KNOW Brendan won't be around much longer, and we feel like we're treading water with this storyline. My whole problem with it is that it's BAD WRITING, the things they're doing to Brendan. The sexual assault charges are actually pretty interesting, watching how Bren reacts to that is fascinating!

I could watch EMJ read the phone book and be enthralled. I love the guy but I was bored with Walker last year at the end of the Hollyoaks Later...When he got away after Riley was killed I was pissed because I knew he would be back. I just never found him interesting. Bad cop gone psycho. With Brendan the character's emotions are all over the place and he is never one note and predictable. He is never boring. Walker is so boring to me. No nuances to the character. Just unrelenting evil.

But the other stuff? Ste doubting him, he and Ste arguing, and some of the stuff coming up? That crap is frosting my twinkies, because they - the writers - are taking a character who has GROWN SO MUCH, and putting him RIGHT BACK in the bad place, LIKE IT'S NOTHING! Just negating all the work he's done for plot contrivances. That is just...lazy, unimaginative, and gutless writing.

HO writers really think the audience are idiots The whole storyline is all F-up Maxine not telling Brendan about Walker is just really...someone should tell the writers that you don't need some many plots to be Epic the writers seem to lose there way For this reason I think that's why the other 3 soaps are taken more seriously HO could be one of the best soaps out there but the writers sabotage the show.

That's exactly what I've been asking myself. I mean Hollyoaks writing is really sloppy. Lets introduce a new character and make him a follower of Walker but not give any background on the guy. He's supposedly willing to kill for this guy and we don't know why. And how come people only go to the police in this town to accuse innocent people.
