We are live for the 76th Emmy Awards, taking place at Peacock Theater in Los Angeles. Fans have been looking forward to seeing father-son duo Dan and Eugene Levy, Schitt's Creek stars, host the event. Shogun is the show to beat this year, with 25 nominations, but The Bear isn't far behind, with 23 nominations. While we know Shogun and The Bear are the shows to beat this year, there are plenty of other heavy hitters. Only Murders in the Building, The Crown and Baby Reindeer are also favourites this year.
Eugene and Dan are both previous Emmy winners for Schitt's Creek, and while previous hosts haven't hit the mark, hopes are high for these two. The show is set to lean into nostalgia and reunite actors from fan-favourite shows
